The UOC is a university committed to opportunities for digital transformation and understands the convenience, immediacy and personalization that online channels provide.
With this in mind, it provides students with a number of support channels that they can contact at any time and from anywhere:
- Campus: students can access the Help Service from the top menu bar on the Virtual Campus. The Help Service has a search engine and FAQs sorted by topic. It also lets you see the status of your enquiries and has a form that you can fill in to ask any new question you may have.
- Twitter: you can send your questions to @UOCrespon. We'll deal with them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The contact form on uoc.edu website: we'll also answer any questions sent this way, too.
From time to time, we may also open other channels to deal with any questions you might have during the online tests, final project defences, etc.
