UOC President to speak at the IHE2020 Conference

UOC President Josep A. Planell will take part in the round table “University of the future, continuing education and lifelong learning”, as part of the I•HE2020 “Online Bridging Event”, organised by the European Association of Distance Teaching Universities, EADTU.

The conference will address topics such as the University of the future, blended learning after COVID-19, or microcredentials, and it will highlight current developments in the field of innovating higher education through a series of keynotes, webinars and online workshops.

Other participants in the round table will be Karl Dittrich, President of the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR) and President of the Open University of the Netherlands (OUNL); Tim Blackman, Vice-Chancellor of the Open University UK, and a representative from the alliance of European universities UNA Europa.
