Objectives: The project plans to adapt the experience of Collaborative Medication Management (CMM) to Catalonia and develop it by publishing a specific CMM Guide which, following a detailed ethnographic and focused qualitative study, will be designed by an inter-disciplinary team, together with a group of users, carers and mental health professionals, and to disseminate the results of the initiative, using the potential of Radio Nikosia and other communication channels. It is a study aimed at the implementation of integrated and sustainable healthcare policies within the sphere of mental health which will allow improvements to quality of life, promote participation and give a vulnerable group full rights as citizens.
