UOC President Josep A. Planell will be taking part in Barcelona Innovation Coast (BIC), an event to be held as part of Barcelona reAct, which is a Barcelona City Council initiative to reactivate the economy in the city and its wider metropolitan area.
From 13 to 16 April, experts and agents from all sectors of the economy will be exchanging ideas and analysing up to ten points of leverage in order to boost economic recovery in Barcelona. The event will take place over these four days in hybrid format, with many sessions being held at Disseny Hub Barcelona. To conclude it, there will be a manifest to guide the city's economy in the coming years.
On 15 April, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (CEST), the UOC President will take part in a session seeking to consolidate Barcelona as an international leader in innovation.
