The UOC internship service lets companies bring in qualified students and identify future talent. Also, the dual learning format means students can combine university studies with work in a company, conducting a joint project which links academic knowledge with professional experience.

The UOC's Career and Employment Services offer you personalized solutions to help you reach the talent you need. Through the Job Bank or the Online Employment Fair, we provide you with access to both students and professionals from the Alumni network to help meet your organization's needs.

Projects with UOC students

Share your challenges with the UOC community and gain fresh insights through student-led projects, guided by experienced teaching staff. From internships and bachelor's or master's degree final projects to AdHoc and Service Learning case studies, we have multiple collaboration models to add value to your organization.

Collaboration as teaching staff

At the UOC we offer professionals from various kinds of organizations the opportunity to participate as teachers and contribute their experience to the academic world in a totally flexible manner. Each collaboration is adapted to the needs of each profile, ranging from workshops and masterclasses to designing internships and part-time course instructor roles, allowing professionals to share their industry expertise.

Designing training programmes and microcredentials

Companies and organizations can work with the UOC to create training programmes adapted to specific profiles. These programmes can be offered to the public openly, and can be structured as microcredentials, which makes the training more flexible, modular and aligned with competencies in demand in the labour market.

Research and knowledge transfer projects

The UOC's R&I generates knowledge with practical applications that benefit society. Discover technological solutions, patents, technologies for licensing and university-business services, as well as opportunities to create innovative spin-offs, and participate in R&I projects and industrial doctoral programmes.

Hiring of research services

Companies and institutions can expand their horizons thanks to the unique services and equipment on offer, for instance R&I services, the use of UOC HUB laboratories or the licensing of products or services created through UOC R&I.

Institutional collaboration in research

Companies and institutions can gain exclusive benefits while achieving a distinctive and prestigious position through the establishment of R&I chairs, participation in Invergy and investment forums, or sponsorship and patronage of activities.

Shared projects with social impact

We want to collaborate to generate social impact, with projects for grants, scholarships, volunteering and mentoring, and social commitment and cooperation projects. The sum of our efforts can multiply the reach and impact of the social transformation that we seek.

Shared projects with cultural impact

We develop joint initiatives to promote culture in our territory, through events, publications and other actions. Collaborate with the UOC to transfer knowledge to society and generate cultural impact. Through these alliances, we help disseminate cultural heritage, creativity and innovation in different areas of activity.

Institutional agreements

We establish strategic collaborations with institutions to work towards shared goals and develop synergies that favour shared growth. These agreements are adapted to the needs of each organization and can give rise to conferences, seminars or cultural actions.
