The university's highest honour

An honorary doctorate is the highest academic distinction that the UOC may bestow upon an individual, in recognition of their professional and academic achievements, their contribution to scientific and intellectual progress and their excellence in their field of study. It may also acknowledge their scientific and cultural ties with the UOC.
