Strategic objective 2

To ensure a coordinated and participatory monitoring and assessment system on the state of equality, diversity and inclusion at the UOC

Operational objective:

To identify a set of indicators, metrics and definitions to design a data-based monitoring and assessment model.

To ensure that KPI data exist and are properly located, and that mechanisms are in place for regular collection and monitoring.

To transform the raw data collected into useful, structured information, ready to be analysed and presented.

To present indicators and KPIs in a clear and accessible way for decision-making and assessment

Strategic objective 3

To ensure proper coordination between the implementation of the 2026-2029 plan and the development of the 2030-2033 plan

Operational objective:

To assess the implementation of the 2026-2029 plan and draw conclusions to inform the development of the new plan.
To diagnose the UOC's situation from an EDI perspective prior to the development of the new plan.
To develop the 2030-2033 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan in alignment with the results of the EDI assessment and analysis.
