This programme aims to be a benchmark for continuing academic training for health professionals using a structure that attempts to simulate professional practical experience and to use this experience to structure and increase knowledge.
Students learn in a controlled virtual environment dealing with clinical cases with the support of other students and staff, putting their knowledge into practice and observing how their decisions compare with the clinical experience of their colleagues, with the most current medical literature, with the lecturer's knowledge and with the evolution of the clinical cases presented. This produces a training experience with the capacity to generate changes in the behaviour of the professional and to produce excellence in practice.
Professionals participating in this programme will be trained in diagnostics, evaluation, the design of therapeutic strategies and handling common complications associated with the pathologies and syndromes studied during the programme.
