For all this, the food industry has witnessed a spectacular growth in recent years and needs professionals capable of developing and innovating to produce safe, quality food products to adapt to the constant changes in the sector.
Against this backdrop, the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya is offering this specialist course on Food technology and the development of new foods, which will give students the opportunity to discover the latest trends and breakthroughs in the development, manufacture and marketing of food, dietary supplements and medicinal plants, as well as the legal and food safety problems affecting this area.
