A new schema based on relevant knowledge of the workforce, technological impact and innovation have created a dynamic that is edging away from the traditional structures of industry and services, towards a transformation in the organisation of work. The consolidation of business and working in networks as an organisational and productive form typical of the economy of knowledge are changing the requirements, skills and results of work in companies, which are at the epicentre of human resources management.

 

The framework of reference of the specialist course on Organisation of work and human resources management are the changes in the labour market and organisational transformations. This is in order to provide the skills needed to manage and administrate human resources. The aim is to provide students with the theoretical knowledge and the necessary techniques and foundations for administrative people management and correct application of these in business. The course uses a financial, legal and social approach to introduce contents linked to new formulas of human resources management and basic concepts related to human behaviour in organisations.
