The specialist course covers the skills required for the education and technological design of educational programmes related to virtual learning environments and digital learning materials. It will also teach students how to coordinate the educational and technological design of telematic learning systems. Students should be able to identify the main factors affecting decision-making on the development of instructional designs, justify and develop instructional and technological designs, both for programmes and courses, pinpoint indicators of quality and progress for educational actions and be capable of conceptualising digital learning materials.
