The aim of this course is to update specific knowledge of public land and housing policies, paying special attention to policies dealing with marginal neighbourhoods and areas of self-help housing and subhousing as well as to land management mechanisms.
At the end of the course, students should have learned the skills they need to work in public or private bodies on the management, planning and design of cities.
