The world we live in has changed radically in the last few years. Social, technological and cultural changes have also led to economic and business transformation. Organisiations (whether they be micro, small, medium-sized or large corporations) cannot ignore this evolution. The digital environment has led to new company management models characterised by proximity to customers and the public. Understanding and applying this new focus is fundamental to guarantee the sustainability of the organisations of tomorrow.

 

Traditional management rules no longer serve us well in this new environment. The impact of the Internet and the Digital Economy has generated new management and business models as well as casting doubts on some of the existing ones.

 

The programme looks at the changing behaviour of customers and consumers. It also looks at the need to employ the same tools, language and codes used by others to communicate, to innovate, to develop new products and services, to make resource management more efficient, to improve the quality of services and to take decisions.

 

The programme generates a more detailed understanding of the changes affecting people, content and transversal media in increasingly digital environments.



The Specialisation programme on Business Management in the Digital Environment is principally aimed at:
