Find out what the UOC Library has to offer

In the UOC Library you'll find information that's fully digital and always available: it's available from any device, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You can access it from the campus main menu, under the Library tab, from the Library button in your classroom side menu, or directly at biblioteca.uoc.edu.

The wide range of services and resources you will find there include:

• Tools to help you successfully complete your assignments and final projects: we'll show you how to make the most of the resources and services available to you, help you find the information that you're searching for and offer you advice and resources that will prove useful for your assessment activities, tests and final projects.
• Library guides: each of these focuses on a single topic, offering a selection of recommended content in a variety of formats, including websites, videos, magazines, journals and books. They cover diverse and currently relevant topics, for instance intellectual property and artificial intelligence, women's health, good practice in digital accessibility, or academic plagiarism.
• BiblioSkills: where you'll find seminars, training courses and other UOC Library resources that will help you develop competencies to go further in the digital realm.
• Newspapers and magazines on your phone: you can read or listen to more than 7,000 newspapers and magazines from around the world, for example The Washington Post, The Guardian, Forbes, Fotogramas, Wallpaper, Viajar or National Geographic. Just install the PressReader app and log in as a UOC student.
• Examples of how to cite: guidelines on how to cite different types of documents correctly, in accordance with the most widely-used citation styles, applicable to articles and books, or even social media posts or video games.
• And much more… Visit the Library and explore resources such as a human anatomy atlas with 360º images, or videos, documentaries and theatre plays.

How to get the most out of the Library

In spite of the huge amount of content held at the Library, finding what you need is easy with our search tool.
