Student Guide 2026/2027

Network of student associations

Would you like to connect with other students, share projects and have a genuine university experience? Join the UOC's network of student associations and bring new ideas to life in a collaborative and diverse environment. It's a different way to explore your interests, while building a sense of community and making new friends during your studies.

Connection, community and a more enriching university experience

At the UOC, we encourage students to get involved in associations as a way to enrich university life, share concerns and promote teamwork. Through the network of student associations, the UOC provides opportunities for students to connect, exchange knowledge, organize academic, cultural and social activities and feel supported while they complete their studies.

What does the network of associations offer you?

As a student at the UOC, joining an association or starting a new one will help you:

  • Meet other students and members of the UOC community.
  • Discover and share new passions with fellow students who have the same interests.
  • Propose and organize your own activities, from conferences and workshops to online or in-person meet-ups.
  • Develop key skills that are highly valued both personally and professionally: leadership, communication, teamwork and project management.
  • Enjoy a richer university experience as an integrated member of the UOC community.

Also, if you represent the UOC by actively participating in student associations or carry out certain association activities, you may apply for academic credit recognition.
