The Virtual Campus

The Virtual Campus is where all UOC community activities come to life. As well as serving as your gateway to all university services, it provides access to classrooms and the Library, allows you to manage your personal information, complete academic procedures, interact with other members of the community and find answers to your questions.

About the Virtual Campus
The UOC's Virtual Campus is designed so that you can focus on what's most important: learning, developing and progressing at your own pace, with all the necessary support and resources, within easy reach whenever you need.

The Virtual Campus gives you quick access to information in a simple and intuitive way. You can enter it wherever you go, as it's compatible with all kinds of devices. Furthermore, it displays personalized content based on what you're studying.

When you apply to do a bachelor's or university master's degree, your admission profile will provide you with all the information you need about the UOC and the programme. Once you've completed your enrolment, your student profile will be enabled, giving you access to the full range of resources available on Campus.

If you're applying for a lifelong learning or profession-focused programme, you'll have direct access to the Campus and its resources once you have enrolled.

What will you find?

In the top right-hand section of the screen you'll find your user profile. The options allow you to choose the language of the Campus (Catalan, Spanish or English) and switch between profiles if you have more than one. For vocational training and profession-focused courses, the Campus interface is only available in Spanish. You'll also find direct access to your UOC Gmail account and associated applications.

All the sites you'll need for university life can be reached from the main menu:

  • The home icon takes you to the Campus homepage at any time, where you can access classrooms, including your programme’s learning spaces once the course begins and your tutor's classroom. There's also a section with news and interviews so you can keep up to date with all the latest at the UOC.
  • Classrooms: access to the virtual classroom for each of your courses. The classrooms for your past courses will also be available here for a limited time. You can see what classrooms look like from the inside by going into the virtual classroom section.
  • Personal area: this is the part of the Campus where you'll find all key information about your time as a UOC student, such as your academic record, current programme of study and learning resources from past courses. Information on your payments and any certificates you've requested can also be found here. You can also use this area to update your personal data or choose the language (Catalan, Spanish or English) in which you'd like to receive communications from the UOC.
  • Procedures: this section allows you to manage administrative procedures, including submitting admission documentation, carrying out the enrolment process, selecting dates and times for online final assessments, requesting academic certificates, applying for internships, requesting recognition of professional experience or previous qualifications, and accessing grants and discounts. It includes a powerful search engine, and for each procedure, an AI assistant will be available to answer any questions you may have.
  • Library: this section gives you direct access to the UOC Library site, where you can explore our catalogue of resources, find tools and advice to help you with your study assignments, borrow books or get help from a specialized librarian. For more information, take a look at the Library section.
  • More UOC: this area lets you explore the wider university, make use of various services, participate in the UOC community and improve your career

Find out about projects and services relating to employability, gender equality, disabilities, accessibility and support for competitive athletes. There's also information about ways to take part in volunteering programmes, and you cancontact your Student Council representatives.

Always here for you

To add to all this, you can always reach the Help Service (from any section) to find answers to your queries quickly and effectively. To access it, click on the link you'll find in the top menu of the Campus, next to your profile. This will open up a page with a list of FAQs sorted by topic and a search engine to help you find the information you need. There's also a form you can use to send us any questions, as well as a section showing a record of your enquiries
