The platform to promote innovation, knowledge transfer, enterprise and open collaboration for the whole UOC community
The UOC wants to help the members of its community grow their projects by offering them support tools and providing them with a network of specialized external agents. With this in mind, it has created HUBBIK, a platform committed to ideas, networked knowledge and a university that focuses on providing a response to society’s challenges. This initiative provides services to all members of the UOC community, whether students, alumni, faculty, researchers, collaborating academic staff, administrative staff or businesses and institutions.

Would you like to find out more about HUBBIK? The University invites you to its presentation on 23 October, from 2 pm to 6 pm, at the former Estrella Damm brewery. If you would like to attend, please register via this link.
The event will give details on the services offered by the platform and some of the users taking part in the pilot test will talk about their experience. The services are organized into four large areas: boosting innovation, R&I projects, knowledge transfer and value creation, and enterprise.
Through HUBBIK, the UOC wants to bring society into closer contact with the innovation and knowledge generated by its community. It wants to encourage creation of patents, spin-offs and start-ups, and invite institutions to share in the innovation challenges and R&I projects by providing support tools and a network of specialized external agents.
