President's attendance to the 25th anniversary commemoration ceremony of the UNESCO Centre of the Basque Country, UNESCO Etxea. The ceremony will be chaired by Lehendakari Iñigo Urkullu Renteria and it will also have the participation of the people and institutions involved in the project.
