The president meets with Mercè Conesa, president of the Provincial Council of Barcelona

Conesa has a degree in Law by the UAB, a Masters degree in Management and Law by the UPF and a Masters degree in Leadership and Innovation in Public Policies by ESADE.

Since 2010 Conesa is the mayor of Sant Cugat del Vallès and the president of the National Council of PDeCAT political party since 2016.
