The president meets with Arcardi Navarro, Secretary General for Universities and Research

Navarro has a degree in Biology and a PhD in Genetics by the UAB. He is currently in charge of the Health and Life Sciences Academic Coordination Unit and director of the Department of Experimental and Health Sciences (DCEXS) at the UPF.
