The results of the RRI course first edition at the II HEIRRI conference

The II HEIRRI Conference (Higher Education Institutions and Responsible Research and Innovation) with the title “Education towards a responsible society, transforming universities through RRI” will be held on April 27 in Vienna. The meeting will serve to present the results of nearly three years of activities designed to promote the integration of RRI within higher education institutions and research centers. In addition, it will promote the debate on the future of the RRI in Europe to detect new training needs in this field.

The UOC will participate in this meeting, with the aim of sharing experiences and generating synergies with different stakeholders of the RRI. Nadja Gmelch, coordinator of the course "Responsible Research and Innovation for Researchers", will present the results of the first edition as a speaker at the discussion panel "RRI with a global perspective: linking European and international experiences".

HEIRRI is a European project that was born in 2015 to work on the concept of RRI in the context of universities and develop educational material at different levels (undergraduate, Master and PhD, summer courses and MOOC).
