Signing ceremony of the agreement with the Barcelona City Council

UOC President Josep A. Planell is representing the UOC at a signing ceremony for the framework agreements of partnerships between Barcelona City Council and each of the city's public universities. The object is to develop the project Barcelona i Universitat: un objectiu comú (Barcelona and its universities: a common goal).
