The Open University of the Netherlands visits the UOC

On 29 and 30 January the executive president of the Open University of the Netherlands, Arent van der Feltz, together with Doctor Rob Koper, a researcher in e-learning, are visiting the UOC to get a more detailed understanding of our university's organizational, technological and educational model.

During the visit van der Feltz is meeting with the UOC's president and general manager, Josep A. Planell and Antoni Cahner, to be given an institutional welcome and to learn about a wide range of features key to the UOC's model. Department directors and faculty professors are also attending.

Over the two days the visitors are being offered a panorama of the UOC's organizational and business model, which is founded on high-calibre e-learning, technology and a commitment to society.
